Inhale…
I love how nature has our backs. All these fragrant flowers to breathe in as we head into hectic December. I love coming down our front steps and smelling the Gardenias and Star Jasmine. The simple joys!
We’re all familiar with activating our relaxation response by focusing on the breath, especially lengthening the exhalation. However, I’ll never forget my yoga teacher saying if you want extra energy concentrate more on the inhalation.
So as we head into the Christmas cheer and chaos, remember the power of the inhale. We’ll have more oxygen flowing through our bodies, helping our brains focus and cells function, and even boost our energy. 🤞🏻
