down time! I love to be busy with weddings, and I also enjoy the slower pace of winter. So what do I do during my slower season? Well, I spend a good amount of time with ❤️ activities. Massages to get rid of the shoulder knots and to truly relax. Facials, like today, where I feel pampered, cared for, and revitalised. More walks with Nala 🐕 and snuggles with Xena 🐈. I light scented candles and play relaxing background music to soften and create calm in my body and mind. Then there’s the tidy up, prep and new business ideas. Emails are filed away appropriately, end of year taxes are done for the accountant, and my office space spruced up. I catch up on posting reviews and photos from weddings. And this winter I plan to investigate app creation!!!! All while continuing as a nurse lecturer at the University, providing professional supervision through my business, conducting a steady stream of and planning our own wedding in November. I love the seasons of life and business. Living my best life!
