Habits are the key to helping you stick to your new lifestyle. The problem is if you try to restrict yourself to a certain diet or restrict your calorie intake, it can lead to stress and anxiety which is what we don't want! Instead of restricting yourself from certain foods, give yourself permission to eat them in moderation. Focus on creating healthy habits instead of restricting yourself from indulging in your favorite foods.
Creating a habit takes time and consistency, but it's worth it! When you have healthy habits in place, they will become easier over time. Try starting by implementing one new habit at a time until they become second nature to you. Once you've created the habit, move onto another one!
