For many children, a trip to the doctor or dentist can be a daunting experience - and the same can be said for a visit to an audiologist ๐Ÿฆป.

So hearing aid company Phonak asked Fairy Godmother Jo to build them a magical Fairy Castle as an interactive sensory tool - to make the experience of getting a hearing aid much easier for children and their whฤnau.

The Phonak Fairy Castle is designed to engage the imagination. Each tower representing a different sense, all of which are doorways to our brain. By wearing a hearing aid, children can connect to the sound tower and hear a story read aloud by New Zealand theatre and film actor and director Jennifer Ward-Lealand.

The castle is currently travelling around paediatric hearing clinics in New Zealand to reach as many children as possible!

Hellooo, donโ€™t mind me! ๐Ÿถ

Little fairies - donโ€™t forget that right next to the big pair of fairy wings, thereโ€™s also a mini pair to pose with ๐Ÿฆ‹. Purple on one sideโ€ฆRainbow on the other ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’œ

This colourful pair of fairy wings appeared in Hobsonville Fairy Village over a year ago!

Sadly, one of the wings has been pulled off by goblins ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ‘ฟ.

But donโ€™t worry, Fairy Godmother Jo is working hard on creating a sparkly new pair to replace it ๐Ÿงšโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ› ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŽจ๐ŸŽจ, and the Blue Fairy has asked the boisterous goblins to be more careful.

Stay tuned Fairy Followers, as we will let you know once itโ€™s out in the park for you to enjoy! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿฆ‹
