During a comprehensive 30 point check on 13 heatpumps for a large commercial client discovered all the insulation around the copper pipes had perished. Organized materials,hired a cherry picker to safely carry out the work. Went onto roof,replaced all the insulation around piping and wrapped Denzo tape around insulation to prevent perishing for the future, secured with cable ties. Job done,very happy client. Ashburton - During a 30 point heatpump Maintenance check, found drain not clearing due to stone and debris. Advised client we raise the unit and position unit on plastic feet, remove all the rocks, plants and debris,around outdoor unit and replace flexi conduit and insulation around piping. Isolated power supply,prove test, prove, ok. Carried out all the work. Tested working well..Job done, very happy client.
