Set against the Wānaka landscape, this home brings concrete, steel and timber into sharp architectural balance - grounded, refined and built to last.

Designed by and built by , the project features Viblock 20 Series Fluted structural blocks and 390 Fluted Bricks in Carbon Black, carried across the exterior cladding and interior feature walls.

The fluted finish adds depth, rhythm and shadow, giving the concrete a crafted architectural presence without overpowering the warmth of timber or the precision of steel.

It’s a strong example of what we love about concrete: enduring materiality, clean lines, and the ability to shape a home from the ground up.
