Same, but different. Pull shocks have long been a total PITA for suspension service. But no matter which one is causing you issues we can sort them out.
The Fox DYAD RT2 was used on Cannondale Jekyl about a decade ago. The DT/Scott Equalizer 2/3 were used on Scott bikes up almost two decades ago. The basic function is the same, but the details are all different.
Internally they run a solid piston to push oil through two base-valves to two air-backed spring chambers. Positive air pressure is in those chambers, negativ air is behind the main piston. The climb mode uses a spool valve to shut off oil to one of the chambers which limits travel and makes it very progressive.
Setup wise these run high air pressures and normally need a special pump. Both rebound adjusters should be set the same. Positive air sets your full stroke stiffness, negative air sets your ride height and initial softness.

Meet the Mattoc Comp. Manitou's Giant Killer. Everyone who rides on it raves about it.
This Mid-Range fork is better than other brands' Top-End forks but at half the price. It's got the legendary Manitou ABS+ damper, which eats everything without harshness, a two chamber air spring (with captive IVA volume spacers) to fit any weight rider, a serious crown and straight wall stanchions to keep it pointing in the right direction.
We tested these before release and rode them everywhere, including bike park, grade 5 and even some grade 6 trails. They didn't care.
- Up to 160 mm travel with clip-in internal spacers.
- Down to 120 mm (with included spacers).
- E-bike and Cargo Bike rated (150kg).
- 34 mm straight wall tubes.
- 27" and 29" versions.
- 2050 g uncut. Yes we weighed it.

Book your forks, shocks and dropper posts in now.
If your fork is sticky, your rear shock slurpy or your dropper post spongy we're ready to sort it.
