Seed germination test
1 )Soaked the germination paper using filter water : 30 minute
2 ) put the seed on soaked paper serial wise
3) Large seed : 50 per germination paper and small seed: 100 per germination paper
4) Then fold this paper and leave in temperature maintained room ( 30 degree Celsius)
5) Leave Onion seed for 6 to 12 days
and wheat 4 to 8 days in controlled temperature room
