Let's choose semi-fasting to develop empathy for our fellow beings. It can be also a possible help for human community considering upcoming global starvation.

Young people let's reschedule our eating timetable. Let's try having our meals, once in a day. Every Machine needs to get restarted for a proper functioning, human body is no different. I guess this is the perfect time to do so in greater numbers. Some proven facts also supports fasting is good for human metabolism and more importantly it can be also a possible help for human community considering upcoming global starvation. Let's choose semi-fasting to develop empathy for our fellow beings. Fasting is also associated with Self annihilation and Spiritualism in most of the religions. Let's take some good part from our respective religions. I have started it from today. Like minded people do join, if you believe it's for a good cause.
