Day 5: Little Things Matter (सानो प्रयास, ठूलो परिवर्तन) 🧩
"In a world of big milestones, we celebrate the small victories."
Today, we reflect on a truth every parent of a child with autism knows: The little things are never actually little.
As IPP Tika Prasad Bhattarai and Monika Rayamajhi continue to share their journey with Osis, today’s episode is dedicated to the "Small Wins." A single eye contact, a new gesture, a moment of calm, or the first time Osis reached out to hold a hand—these are the "gold medals" of their daily life.
Autism teaches us to slow down and notice the beauty in the subtle. It teaches us that progress isn't always a giant leap; sometimes, it’s just a small, beautiful step forward.

आज अप्रिल ५, 'Project Autism: Unbroken Echoes' को पाँचौँ दिन। २०२५ का अध्यक्ष (IPP) टीका प्रसाद भट्टराई र मोनिका रायमाझीले आफ्नो छोरा ओसिस (Osis) को यात्रामा महसुस गर्नुभएका ती 'साना तर महत्त्वपूर्ण' उपलब्धिहरू (Small Victories) बारे चर्चा गर्नुभएको छ।
अटिजमको यो यात्रामा स-साना प्रगतिहरू नै सबैभन्दा ठूला खुसीका आधार हुन्। पहिलो पटक आँखा जुधाउनु, एउटा नयाँ इशारा गर्नु, वा शान्त भएर खेल्नु, यी सबै हाम्रा लागि 'स्वर्ण पदक' जिते जस्तै हुन्। ओसिसले हामीलाई सिकाउँदैछ कि जीवनका साना खुसीहरूलाई उत्सवको रूपमा मनाउनुपर्छ।
ओसिस, हामी तिमीलाई धेरै माया गर्छौँ! तिम्रो हरेक सानो प्रयास हाम्रो लागि ठूलो प्रेरणा हो।
भोलि हामी समाजमा 'समावेशीकरण' (Inclusion) को महत्त्वबारे कुरा गर्नेछौँ। हामीसँगै रहनुहोला।
