Job Vacancy at Purnaa 📢

We’re currently hiring for a Sewing Production Manager.

This role focuses on keeping our production running smoothly while supporting the people and systems behind it.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full sewing production process to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate across teams (Sales, Sourcing, Product Development) to avoid delays
- Lead and support sewing, cutting, sampling, embroidery, and printing teams
- Ensure efficient production flow with strong quality control
- Proactively troubleshoot operational and team challenges
- Maintain safe, organized, and well-functioning workspaces
- Coach and mentor Team Leaders to build stronger teams
- Lead regular team meetings and track performance
- Ensure accurate reporting of production-related data

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of sewing or garment manufacturing processes
- Ability to manage complex workflows while collaborating across departments
- 3–5 years of experience in garment/sewing production
- 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role preferred

💰 Salary:
NRs 51,205 with additional benefits include health allowance, transportation allowance, SSF, and more.
