𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞:
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Tracking equipment, personnel, expenses, and profit per event in excel or google sheets per event.
Employee Payroll processing (approx. 15 staff).
Staff expenses, bonuses, and commission calculations.
HR tasks and general office administration tasks incl. leaves applications, staff issues, and assistance with recruiting.
Staff onboarding.
Follow up with clients regarding payments.
Tracking monthly sales in Excel/Google Sheets.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting,
Having at least 1 year of experience will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Nepali.
Respectful and calm personality as you will have to regularly collaborate with some of the biggest names in the music industry, and Media houses.
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Proactive, creative, and critical thinker preferred as Live works believes in people who takes problems as opportunities

𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧:
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Preparing and operating sound equipment for different live event venues within the country
Setting up and breaking down audio equipment.
Running audio equipment and checking that everything is properly connected.
Evaluating audio equipment for repair and maintenance.
Operating mixing consoles.
Record speech, music, and other sounds on recording media, using recording equipment.
Continuously monitor sound quality.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Excellent communication skills and a Respectful personality as you will have to regularly collaborate with some of the biggest names in the music Industry.
Freedom to travel the country to different exciting locations.
The ability to regularly work during Live Event hours i.e., during the evening to night hours is mandatory as most live events across top lounges, venues in Nepal happen at that time.
A relevant Degree or Certificate in Sound/Audio Engineering will be a bonus but is not mandatory.
Having at least 1 year of experience will be an advantage

𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
· Crafting lighting plan or communicating with the Lighting Designer and making sure you understand their lighting plan and you are able to produce what is asked for
· Loading automated color change systems.
· Programming lighting consoles.
· Rigging and operating necessary lighting equipment
· esp. light boards.
· Taking direction and cues from the Stage Manager
· Use manual and computer-controlled lighting systems during the show
· Keeping lighting equipment in a good and safe working condition
· Electrical maintenance duties when needed
· Keeping updated with new technology within the theatre industry

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
A relevant Degree or Certificate is not mandatory but a degree in electrical engineering, video tech or visual arts would be a plus point.
