September 10, World Su***de Prevention Day, is an opportunity to come together to raise awareness about su***de and su***de prevention.

Everyone goes through tough situations at some point in their life. Having someone to talk to can make a big difference. If someone wants to share you something, just listen to them, take them seriously and help them talk about their thoughts and feelings. You don't have to be an expert to listen.
Let's break this stigma and talk about mental health.
Your mental health is as important as physical health.
Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is always greater than any obstacles.

Sexual harassment and assault have become global issues
Only 10% of females approached the police for help in case of Sexual Assault in Kathmandu Valley.
This suggests that the absence of a strong law against assaults is not the only factor behind the low reporting. There are other factors at play, including low conviction rates in such crimes that prevent women from reporting sexual assaults.
Everyone has a role to play in ending violence against girls and women. So, when a girl or a woman tells her story, hear her. Listen and back her up.
