-Routing and Order Management
-Communication and Customer service
-Maintain and track daily log, and deliveries by each delivery staff
-Update status and assigned delivery agents on our system controlstation.ktmcouriers.com and our google drive
-Handle Cash on Delivery coming in and out
-Manage and scheduling timely Pickups and deliveries
-Update status of orders( returned/Unreachable etc)
-Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers
-Monitor any sudden route changes or road construction issues and work with drivers to establish new routes for timely deliveries

Requirements:
+2 pass. BBA preference
Computer skills (word,excel,data entry which will require typing and detail oriented)
Must have two wheeler license and own vehicle
Willing to work in busy fast paced environment
Flexibility
Must be familiar with kathmandu city areas and use google maps
