Nassec, a Cyber Security firm dedicated to providing Vulnerability Management Solutions, is seeking a dynamic individual to join its team as Quality Assurance Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Test current products and identify deficiencies
2. Suggest solutions to identified product problems
3. Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
4. Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
5. Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project ex*****on
6. Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
7. Oversee continuous improvement projects
8. Collect quality data
9. Identify key KPIs for product quality
10. Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
2. Minimum 1 year of experience with a variety of different testing techniques
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in coding (JAVA, HTML)
4. Minimum 1 year of experience with web security technology
5. Minimum 1 year of experience with software QA tools and processes
6. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
8. Team player and good time-management skills
9. Great interpersonal and communication skills

Duties and responsibilities (Community Manager)
Coordinate with the marketing, public relations, and communications departments.
Create connections with consumers, industry insiders, and media.
Attend industry-related networking events or courses.
Manage social media campaigns for a variety of platforms in order to coordinate marketing strategy.
Publish material that is consistent with the brand's communication strategy.
Increase your social media engagement and followers by implementing social media techniques.
In a timely way, responding to consumer queries and comments on social media sites.
Form connections with the online community.
Monitor and give feedback to leadership on social media participation and discourse.

Requirements
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Nepali
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Professional Work Ethics
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
