Visible Impact

Last week, Visible Impact, in collaboration with the Health Ministry, Gandaki Province, organized a Value Clarification and Attitude Transformation Program on Safe Abortion in Pokhara for 13 dedicated safe abortion service providers.
Participants from across 7 districts engaged enthusiastically in sessions on Gender, Patriarchy, Bodily Autonomy, and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights. Led by experts, the VCAT sessions focused on understanding and transforming values on abortion, debunking myths, and busting stigmas. We also covered the history of abortion laws in Nepal and discussed Adolescent and Disability Friendly Health Services to ensure inclusive care.
Our heartfelt congratulations and thanks to all participants for their zeal to learn and unlearn, and for pledging to advocate for and provide non-judgmental, youth-friendly services.

Shaping ideas, molding impact!
For our anniversary, the Visible Impact team took a hands-on break to try our hands at pottery. Just like clay, building a lasting impact takes patience, a bit of mess, and a lot of collaboration. Cheers to the years behind us and the future we're molding together!

Our Program Coordinator, Dipesh Limbu, recently took the stage representing Visible Impact at both the Kaleidoscope Pre-Conference and the main ARJC conference!

Speaking on critical panels, Dipesh highlighted:
-The absolute necessity of government collaboration to drive systemic, policy-level change.
-Key data-driven insights and milestones mapped out in our recent baseline survey.
