Are you passionate about technology and customer service? We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Executive to join a leading company.

📍 Location: Pokhara

🎓 Qualification:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

💼 Experience:
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• 1–2 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Service, Telecom, or ISP industry is preferred

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve internet/service-related issues
• Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting of network, router, and connectivity problems
• Provide support through calls, remote access, and ticketing systems
• Log, track, and update customer issues accurately
• Coordinate with technical and field teams for issue escalation and resolution
• Assign and follow up on field service requests
• Ensure timely closure of support tickets
• Report recurring or critical issues to supervisors

✅ Required Skills:
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, Routers, Wi-Fi)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
• Good communication skills in Nepali and English
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
• Strong teamwork and multitasking skills

🏍️ Mandatory Requirement:
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike
