We are looking for a experienced and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Construction Supervisor.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Supervising, coordinating and scheduling the daily activities of construction sites

2. Coordinate with sub-contractors

3. Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations

4. Meet Construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.

5. Hold weekly meeting with the team

6. Supervise multiple sites during the course of a day

7. Ensure a safe, secure and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards & Procedures

8. Meet operational standards resolving problems, contributing information to strategic plans

Other Requirements:

1. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills

2. Good Presentation Skills

3. Previous working experience as a Construction Supervisor for 2-3 years

4. Ability to read construction blue prints and designs

5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail

6. Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines
