[ Implementation of Consular Verification Appointment System ]

The Embassy has implemented a visit reservation system for consular verification services starting Monday, February 2, 2026, to ensure efficient processing and greater convenience for applicants.

* Applicable Services: All consular verification appointments

* Reservation Access: Applicants are required to visit the Embassy in person to receive their appointment allocation on the designated date. (See Notice on the Embassy's official website)

* Important Advisory:
Recently, some private educational consultancies have posted misleading announcements on their websites or social media platforms, suggesting that appointment dates are assigned and managed through their offices. In certain cases, applicants are being asked to provide passport details and dates of birth via these agencies’ websites or pages, and even to pay unnecessary fees.

Please be advised that appointment dates are not allocated by educational agencies. All applicants are hereby reminded that they must visit the Embassy in person on their designated date to be assigned their appointment.

Applicants are strongly advised not to pay unnecessary fees to private educational consultancies. For accurate and official information, please make sure to check the announcement provided exclusively on the Embassy’s official website.
