Some notes to be considered during Solar Eclipse
1. It is recommended not eat and cook anything during solar eclipse. We have to eat and drink before 2 hours of beginning of eclipse.
2. You should not sleep during the duration of the eclipse.
3. Avoid going outdoor during this period. It is strictly prohibited in case of pregnant women and patient with lifelong diseases.
4. Refrain from looking at the sun directly during an eclipse.
5.It is found that even standard sunglass cannot filter out eye damaging radiation. If you don't have eclipse glass don't see eclipse directly.
6. You don't have any problem to read and write during this time.
7. This is one of the best time to do meditation and chanting spiritual mantra.
8. It is advised to take bath after the eclipse.It purifies our body.
9. There is nothing which said you can't use mobile phone and watch TV but we recommend you not to use it for more than half an hour at a time.
