Soil Water and Air Testing Laboratory Pvt. Ltd. - SWAT Lab

SWAT Lab, in support of the Ministry of Water Supply and UNICEF Nepal, successfully completed a Workshop on the Validation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for laboratories involved in water and wastewater quality monitoring and surveillance.
The workshop brought together key laboratory professionals and stakeholders to:
✅ Review and validate harmonized SOPs
✅ Strengthen consistency and quality in laboratory practices
✅ Enhance coordination among laboratories involved in water and wastewater surveillance
✅ Support evidence-based decision-making for public health and environmental protection

This initiative marks an important step toward standardized laboratory practices, improved quality assurance, and the development of a coordinated national laboratory system for water and wastewater monitoring and Surveillance.
