Our office picnic was full of laughter, energy and unforgettable moments. It was all about relaxing, recharging and enjoying each other's company outside the usual routine. These are the moments that make our workplace feel like a community. Looking forward to many more!

As we enter the third year of our study, we are excited to begin implementing our much awaited intervention on menstrual health and justice, with a special focus on menstrual pain management, an often overlooked aspect in menstrual health research, program and policy.

In collaboration with the University of Bath, UK, we successfully conducted a 5-day training in Pokhara for field facilitators who will be implementing the intervention on the ground. This intervention will be carried out in Kaski and Surkhet districts by our partner NGOs, Kopila Nepal and YGGP.
