How to wear contact lenses?

1.Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water and dry them with a lint-free towel. Avoid using soaps with moisturizers or fragrances, as they can leave residue on your lenses.
2.Inspect Your Len for any damage or debris before inserting it. If you notice any tears or defects, do not use the lens.
3.Position the Lens on the tip of your index or middle finger of your dominant hand. Ensure that the lens is correctly oriented, with the edges curving upward.
4.Use a Mirror to help you see what you're doing.
5.Hold Your Eyelids Open:
-Use the fingers of your non-dominant hand to hold your upper eyelid open.
-Use the fingers of your non-dominant hand to hold your lower eyelid down.
6.Insert the Lens:
-Focus your gaze on the mirror and bring your dominant hand with the lens closer to your eye.
-Use your dominant hand's middle finger to gently pull down your lower eyelid slightly.
-Use your dominant hand's other fingers to hold your upper eyelid steady.
-While looking directly at the mirror, bring the hand with the lens close to your eye.
-Carefully place the lens on the colored part of your eye (the iris) while keeping your eye wide open. Avoid blinking at this moment.
-Release your eyelids slowly, allowing the lens to settle onto your eye.
7.Blink and Adjust: After you insert the lens, blink a few times to help the lens settle into the correct position. If you feel any discomfort or the lens doesn't feel centered, use your finger to gently adjust it while looking in the mirror.
8.Repeat for the Other Eye: If you wear contacts in both eyes,
repeat the process for the other eye.
