Had the opportunity to design and deliver a 2-day SME Sales & Relationship Mastery program for Loan Officers and Branch Managers at Nabil Bank.

The backdrop was real and familiar:

❎ Heavy dependence on walk-ins
❎ Compliance fatigue and risk rejections
❎ Limited confidence in engaging SME owners
❎ Strong product knowledge, but weak conversations

So instead of “another sales training”, we focused on:

✔ Understanding how SMEs actually operate and use money
✔ Building rapport, trust, and advisory conversations
✔ Creating lead pipelines from existing customers
✔ Managing risk while still enabling business
✔ Bringing warmth and service excellence into lending conversations.

The goal wasn’t just learning — it was behavioral shift and ex*****on, with a clear business KPI of SME loan growth per individual. 🔽
