2 oz (60 ml) Khukuri Rum
180 ml Hot Water
¼ cup (60 ml) Lemon juice
1–2 tsp honey
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise pod
2 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
1 thin slice fresh ginger (optional)
