These tiniest warriors overcame ventilator support, surfactant therapies .We, NICU team are proud to give both the babies previously wrapped in wires and courage to now cuddles without cords.

B/O Sujita thapa ,28 WOG,Preterm, twin, precious babies (Twin 1 : Female,with Birth weight of 1.28 kg,DX:Preterm @28 Wog with RDS with SGA with NEC and Twin 2: Male with Birth weight of 1 kg ,DX:Preterm @28 wog with RDS with SGA with prolonged hypoglycemia with hypoinsulinemia)admitted under Senior Paediatrician Dr. Rita Singh and Neonatologist Dr Astha Singh NICU ward Om Hospital,Senior Gyanecologist DrJageshwor Gautam and Dr. Sabina Shrestha .

Both were on surfactant therapy and mechanical ventilator support.

After 48 days long stay,both are being happily discharged.Twin 1 with weight of 1.54 kg and Twin 2 with weight of 1.5 kg.
