Kathmandu Based (Site Supervision & NEA Coordination)
Experience: 3–4+ Years
Salary: NPR 55,000 – 75,000 (as per qualification)

Job Summary
The Senior Electrical Engineer will be based in Kathmandu office and will oversee all electrical site works. The role includes technical supervision, project monitoring, and direct coordination with NEA officials.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor all electrical site projects
• Visit sites as required and ensure quality, safety, and progress
• Coordinate regularly with NEA, site engineers and officials regarding work progress and approvals
• Review drawings, BOQ, and technical submissions before NEA submission
• Prepare reports, progress updates, and project documentation
• Ensure works are executed as per NEA standards and project requirements
• Guide and supervise junior engineers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3–4 years relevant experience
• Experience in substation / power projects
• Strong coordination and reporting skills
• Experience working with NEA or similar utility authority preferred

Junior Electrical Engineer
Kathmandu Based
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: NPR 40,000 – 50,000 (as per qualification)

Job Summary
The Junior Electrical Engineer will support procurement, documentation, and coordination works, including follow-up with NEA for project-related documents.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle site procurement and material coordination
• Prepare and manage project documentation
• Support preparation of documents for NEA submission and follow-up
• Coordinate with suppliers, site team, and office staff
• Assist in reporting and administrative tasks
• Visit sites when required
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 2–3 years relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of power / transmission / substation projects preferred
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willing to travel for site visits
