"Design Those Dreams Of Happiness" is one of the signature sessions of ESTER. THE session is primarily aimed at young people from grade 11 to those who are attending university or have recently graduated. The major purpose of the session will be to guide and motivate youth on how they may plan and execute their goals and resolutions to get the greatest, most effective and meaningful results.
The session will last around two hours, including story-telling, group exercises, infographics, and a break. The attendees will also receive a handout to use as a reference for the session after the event. The speaker will concentrate on realistic methods for time management, goal planning, and a brief discussion of entrepreneurship, financial independence, and passive income—all of which may be incorporated in the soft skills approach itself.

Jatin Bhusal, the founder & CEO of ESTER Nepal, is an educator, certified trainer, social entrepreneur and digital utopian. He is also Huawei’s Seeds For The Future Global Ambassador 2023-2024.
