🌄 Tilicho Lake Trek: A Journey to Remember

Dashain is here, and so is the trekking season. It takes me back two years when I, along with four friends, set out for one of the most thrilling journeys of our lives — the Tilicho Lake Trek.

🚙 From Kathmandu, we drove to Besisahar in our own vehicle and then took a jeep to Chame. That’s where the adventure truly began.

🏔️ Day 1: Stayed overnight in Chame, surrounded by chilly winds and mountain vibes.
🏔️ Day 2: Trekking towards Lower Pisang, we crashed at the famous Bob Marley Hotel — music, laughter, and mountain air created the perfect mood.
🏔️ Day 3: Started at 6 AM sharp, stopped at Humde for food, and reached Manang by evening. The views were unreal.
🏔️ Day 4: The climb from Manang to Tilicho Base Camp tested us — especially the steep uphill at Shree Kharka. Legs were burning, but spirits were high.
🏔️ Day 5: At 3 AM, we started the push. By 8 AM, we were standing at the world’s highest-altitude lake — Tilicho Lake. Cold winds, shining peaks, and the still blue waters… it felt like another world.

But the best part? Along the way, we met so many amazing souls — some Nepali, some foreigners. Trekking together, sharing stories, encouraging each other on tough climbs, and laughing over tea breaks — those bonds made the journey priceless. Even today, we’re still connected, sharing memories from that trail. 🌍💙

🏔️ After Tilicho, we returned to Khangsar for the night, then a jeep ride to Besisahar, and finally back to Kathmandu. In just 7 days, we collected memories of a lifetime.

✨ Trekking isn’t just about reaching the destination — it’s about the people you meet, the struggles you overcome, and the moments that stay with you forever. Tilicho gave us all of that and more.

So, if you’re planning a trek this Dashain, take the leap. The mountains are calling, and trust me — the journey will change you.

In Nepal, we often see BFIs and corporates hosting grand annual events — budget launches, target-setting meetings for BMs and RMs, or even leadership boost-up programs.

These are powerful moments. They energize teams, align goals, and set the tone for the year. But here’s the big question:

👉 Is one-time inspiration enough to sustain performance throughout the year?
👉 Are these powerful messages reaching every employee equally with the same clarity and consistency?
👉 Can organizations measure if these events are actually transforming into real progress?

The reality is, without continuous learning, structured training, and real-time progress tracking, even the biggest events risk becoming just a memory.

This is where a Learning & Training Management System (LMS) becomes essential. It ensures that:

✔️ Every employee, at every level, receives the same quality learning.
✔️ Content is delivered year-round, adapting to changing dynamics.
✔️ Organizations can finally see the real ROI of their training investments.

Big events ignite the spark, but continuous learning keeps the fire burning. 🔥

Dear Friend, remember watching Shark Tank Season 1?
The tension in the room, the excitement, the “oh no” moments — every pitch was alive with energy.

Startups are just like that, bro.
Every day, you’re pitching — to clients, to investors, even to your own team.
Every small win — landing that client, solving a tricky problem, improving a product — it sends a vibration through your startup.

That vibration? That’s proof you’re moving forward.
It’s motivation. It’s energy.
Ignore it, and the journey feels heavy.
Celebrate it, and suddenly, the grind feels alive, exciting, and real.

The Sharks didn’t invest because the pitch was perfect —
they invested because they felt the energy, the hustle, the progress.

Same with your startup.

Every small win, every tiny progress matters.
Feel it, celebrate it, and let it push you to the next level.

If You Have a Startup, You Have Pressure !

Starting a startup feels like a high-voltage excitement —

but sustaining it? That’s where the real pressure begins.

You build a team, pitch ideas, develop the product...

but then comes the silence, the rejections, the feedback you didn’t expect.

One day it’s an investor chasing you.

Next day, a client complaint.

Your team’s confused, and all the weight lands on your shoulders.

In the middle of all this —

you're trying to stay calm,

motivate others,

manage expectations...

while your own mind is in a battlefield.

But hear this, dear friends:

If there’s no pressure, you’re probably not building anything meaningful.

The pressure is part of the process.

It means you're growing, you're building, you're doing something real.

Don’t run from it — learn to breathe through it.

That’s where the magic happens.
