1.*Offer Letter को लागी - (step 1-Free)*Passport
* Academic documents
*SOP - Statement of Purpose
*IELTS or PTE or Toefl Certificate
*Marriage Certificate - If married
*Work Experience Letter - Salary Sheet, Appointment Letter etc
(If Gap, justify it with work, experience )
यी Documents हरुको आधारमा College/University ले तपाईको normally 1-3 days ma Offer Letter - Issue गर्छन।

2. Offer Letter आईसकेपछि, तपाईले GTE _
Genuine temporary entrant ( तपाई अस्ट्रेलिया पढन (ज्ञान हासील गर्न) को लागी जान लागेको हो। PR लिन होइन। तपाई पढाई सककाएर Australian Degree ले नेपालमा राम्रो जागिर वा केही गर्नु हुन्छ भन्ने हो)

GTE को लागी (step 2)
*Signed Offer Letter by the student
*Sponsor’s Nagarikta in English
*Applicant’s passport - All pages
*Property Valuation
*Lalpurja of Properties
* Funding - Bank Loan वा Savings( Normally around 35lakh for Diploma courses and 40 lakh for Bachelor and Master)
Note: Bank Loan - University or college ले तोकेको कुनै पनि बैंक बाट तपाईले Loan लिन सक्नुहुन्छ वा तपाईले Savings Deposit देखाउन सक्नु हुन्छ।
-Bank Loan Documents
or
-Savings - (At least 3 months Savings in the A class bank OR you have to show fund source like property sell or share sell, from where the money came into your account )
* Income Source
-Income from Salary of sponsors
-Rental Income, Lease Agreement
-Business Income
In case of business - PAN Certificate/Business Registration, Balance Sheet, Audit Report
-Tax Clarence
-Pension - Pension Certificate & Bank Statement
-Agricultural Income - Municipality/VDC certificate

There may be Interview from the University or college in this period.

COE & OSHC ( Step 3)
*No Objection Letter _NOC बनाउनु पर्छ ।
College/Uni को Fee and OSHC तिर्ने, त्यसपछि College/University ले Student को COE_Confirmation of Enrollment Issue गर्छ र OSHC को पेपर पनि आउछ ।

Visa Lodge ( Step 4-AUD 630or around Rs. 55,000 for visa lodge)
COE & OSHC आयपछि visa lodge गर्नी हो ।
त्यसपछि लगत्तै medical(rs. 8000on Norvic Hospital र IOM 15000Biometrics(Rs. 3575) गराउनु पर्छ । Medical visa lodge नगर्दै गर्दै पनि हुन्छ ।
