मिति २०७८/०६/२१ ,२२ र २३ गतेका दिन भेडाबारी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रमा १८ वर्ष र सो भन्दा माथि उमेरका सम्पुर्ण नागरिकहरु तथा यस अघिका खोप अभियानमा प्राथमिकतामा परेर कुनै पनि खोपको पहिलो मात्रा प्राप्त नगरेका नागरिकहरुलाई समेत भेराे सेल खोप पहिलो मात्रा लगाउने अभियान रहेको हुँदा आफ्नो नागरिकता अनिवार्य लिई खोप लगाउन आउनुहुन अनुरोध छ ।
समय बिहान १० देखि दिउँसो ४ बजेसम्म
नोट : समय र खोप सेसन सकिएपछि कसैलाई नि खोप प्रदान गरिने छैन तसर्थ समयमा नै उपस्थित हुनुहोला ।

कक्षा १२ को परीक्षा दिन लागेका १८ वर्ष पूरा भएका सम्पूर्ण विद्यार्थी भाई बहिनीहरूलाई मिति २०७८/०५/२० मा भेडाबारी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र मा भेरो सेल खोप पहिलो मात्रा लगाउने कार्यक्रम रहेको हुँदा आफ्नो आईडी कार्ड र परीक्षा प्रवेश पत्र अनिवार्य लिई खोप लगाउन आउनु हुन अनुरोध छ। प्रवेश पत्र नभएकाले आफू अध्यनरत विद्यालय/कलेजको प्र.अ./प्रिन्सिपलको सक्कल सिफारिस लिएर आउनुहोला ।
समय १० देखि ३ बजे सम्म मात्र
