Banepa NIST School conducted Annual Meeting of Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff in the presence of the Executive Director Dr. Rajendra K Ghising. The meeting served as an important platform for reflection, planning, and strengthening the institution's commitment to academic excellence. In the meeting, introduction of newly joined teaching and non-teaching members, warmly welcomed into the NIST family and reinforcing the spirit of collaboration and teamwork.

In the later part of the program, each subject department presented its academic plans and strategic goals for the upcoming academic year, drawing insights from the performance outcomes and achievements of previous years. The presentations focused on enhancing student learning, improving academic results, implementing innovative teaching practices, and ensuring continuous quality improvement.
