As a small business owner, with all the responsibilities that come with it, it’s really easy to focus on the next project and keep filling up the calendar. That’s why we think it’s so important to actually pause and reflect on what we’ve accomplished this year.
2025 has been a really fun year for us. We’ve made so many new friends around the world and had the chance to work with some incredibly cool clients. We’re genuinely grateful for all the opportunities that came our way.
We know a lot of firms in our industry are struggling, and the past couple of months have been challenging for us too. But we’re heading into January with a full slate of meetings and a lot of excitement for what’s ahead.

For the third year in a row, we’ve had the pleasure of developing the visual identity for , this time with the theme Rubber Ducking 🦆
We created a whole flock of ducks this year, from pop culture-inspired stickers to playful design details spread across the conference. The t-shirts build on last year’s designs, and we gathered elements from the past ten years of TDC to create one coherent visual language that can evolve and grow in the years ahead.
