In Session 3: The Power of User Insights in Innovation, we explored how users can play a pivotal role in driving innovation. The session, which is hosted by and Nordic Edge challenged traditional views, focusing on how user-driven insights can shape both front-end ideation and downstream adoption.

📌 A key takeaway was the concept of ‘free innovation,’ where users' contributions are a valuable yet often untapped resource for organizations looking to enhance their innovation efforts.

🤝 Also a big thanks to Sebastian Baastad Taxerås for showing how a major company like Lyse works with user insights, saying: "At Lyse, customer insight forms the foundation of our product development, as we believe that placing the customer at the center is the key to successful innovations.
