FINAS project, where our main objectives focus on transforming grassroots sports clubs for the better.

Main Objectives of FINAS:

Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of volunteering activities in sport by enhancing support mechanisms for club staff in grassroots sports clubs.

Increase revenue and ensure financial sustainability for grassroots sports by honing the skills and competencies of volunteer club staff.

We're reaching out to the dynamic community of grassroots/amateur/local sports clubs, including board members, sports managers, administrative staff, coaches, trainers, parents, fans/supporters, and players/athletes in participant countries.
