🇳🇴 🇵🇱 🇺🇦 Last week the Norwegian municipality of Elverum brought together the Polish municipality of Hrubieszow and the Ukrainian municipality of Sokal for a very exciting seminar on preparedness and crisis management.

📢 Ukrainian municipalities face extreme challenges, and there is a lot we can learn from each other.

EEA and Norway Grants facilitate an incredible amount of exchange of experience, which benefits local democracy and development!

Presentasjon av spørreundersøkelsen "Nordmenns holdninger til Russland, russere og norsk russlandspolitikk" i Vadsø bibliotek i kveld. Nord-Norge og Øst-Finnmark skiller seg ikke fra andre deler av landet. Det er klar støtte i befolkningen til Ukraina. 🇲🇨🇸🇯 Bergen kommune and Stavanger kommune and KS International Projects are on a trip to the first Polish capital, Gniezno, to tell Polish colleagues about Human Resources Management in Norwegian municipalities. As usual, we quickly discovered that we face many of the same challenges, when it comes to recruitment, development of competence in the organization and among managers, sickness benefits for employees and much more. The project takes place in close collaboration with our Polish partner and sister organisation, Związek Miast Polskich.

The gathering in Gniezno was the second of a total of three experience exchange seminars on HR management, and is financed by the local development program under the EEA and Norway Grants.
