The new expansion at Varmekrogen will transform what was once a predominantly car-used, grey and hard-surfaced site into a generous green waterfront landscape. Reused paving, native planting, and new public spaces will create a vibrant and accessible harbor environment.

From harbor promenade and park areas to rooftop landscapes supporting biodiversity and social life — this project aims to strengthen the connection between architecture, nature, and the coastal landscape🍀🌼

Linn recently served as a jury member for the invited architecture competition for Nils Hansens vei 9–11 at Bryn East in Oslo, commissioned by Bertel O. Steen and organized by

Three strong teams delivered proposals. After a four-month evaluation process, the jury unanimously selected “Ready Clay One” by and as the winning project.

The proposal stood out for its clear ambitions for landscape and architecture, a balanced scale, and a simple yet varied architectural concept that creates strong housing qualities.
