🏗️ Change of use case study: from parking to office spaces
We present the case study and consulting project of repurposing the multi-functional building. The main goal of the project is to transform existing parking garage into new office spaces and create business potential within existing infrastructure.

Property optimization is about maximizing the value and use of properties by assessing potential improvements and development initiatives. This involves everything from minor changes in layout to change of use and transformation of residential and commercial buildings with facade changes and additions.

Often rehabilitation includes installation of elevators to improve accessibility or landscape projects to help develop community spaces for everyone to enjoy.

Sloped ceilings, exposed beams, and unique window placements give attic apartments a distinct character that differentiates them from standard box-like flats.
