Join us to kick off the Zest fall schedule with sunrise yoga on the top of the roof of the Opera House. Enjoy a magical morning! Start your day in the best way possible, with movement, breath and community! The class will be a signature Zest Power flow taught by both Tracy Heldal and Jessica Winderl as we bring the transformative power of yoga to our community in Oslo. At Zest, we believe that true wellbeing is achievable for everyone, and we are committed to helping you feel your best.

It’s June 21st, 12:00-13:15, 50 min fun flow followed by Lululemon gifts, snack and other surprises for the rest of the time. It’s at Nedre Foss park outside of Mathallen in Oslo.
