1. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

If you fail to cancel and don’t show up for your booked time, I will issue an invoice for 50% of the session cost.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, your access to my services will be permanently closed.

This is about respect — for my time and my work.

2. Responsibility is on you.
⠀
If you ignore my recommendations or neglect contraindications, the responsibility for the consequences lies with you.

My principle is do no harm. Safety comes first.
But your awareness is your choice.

3. Respectful and kind communication.

I work in a space of care, calm, and trust.
