🎤✨ We’re excited to announce our next speaker for Diversify Summit 2025 Lina Daouk-Öyry.

Lina is an Associate Professor of Organizational Psychology at BI Norwegian Business School. Her interdisciplinary research bridges academia and practice, focusing on workplace inclusion, diversity, and social sustainability. 
She received the 2020 Distinguished Scholar Award from the Arab Fund for Social and Economic Development, and her scholarly activism was recognized by AACSB as one of its “Innovations That Inspire.”

A strong advocate for women and underrepresented groups, Lina co-led the Support and Accelerate Workplace Inclusion (SAWI) project, promoting gender-inclusive policies and women’s economic participation across the Middle East and North Africa region. She has also served as a Women in Data Science Ambassador for 4 years and now teaches Inclusive Leadership in executive and graduate programs in Norway and Iceland.

✨🤝 Following a successful Marie Curie Fellowship application in 2024, she now hosts a postdoctoral fellow at BI researching highly skilled migration in the Nordics.
