How can you use red light therapy for back pain?
My protocol is slightly different to many other ones out there - find out how.

Red light therapy helps keep the skin looking more youthful and even helps rejuvenate some signs of aging and some lines.
I have some massive wrinkles in my forehead and it isn't a magic cure to fix those! It can help with realistic things, small lines and improve skin tone by improving the environment within which your cells can work.
Now, understand that if you are constantly stressed, live in a high nnEMF environment and eat crap, you aren't supplying your body with an environment within which it can thrive, so red light can only bring that environment up a bit.
Improving your environment means a bit of everything. Understanding what is causing your body stress and adapting those things will help with aging. Adding red light therapy then will give your body much more of a chance.
Light is life - red light has its place in the light environment. Red light therapy is helping improve your engine, but if your gearbox, brakes, electrics, are still crap, there is only so much your improved engine can do - it (and you) will be hampered by other parts.
Your sunglasses that you were told were "protecting you" might actually be "protecting you" from optimising your form and function!
For years, we were told they protect your eyes from damage without any mention of what they are doing to your physiological and psychological systems inside your body. What if that lethargy you feel all the time, isn't anything other than the sunglasses you are wearing blocking signals getting into your eyes?
Sunglasses can be worn when the need arises, but for most people, most of the time, they simply aren't needed the way people use them - especially in the mornings.
Step 1 is understanding that 75% of the light signals coming into your eyes function and physiologic signalling and not used in visual patterning. So you might see ok with the sunglasses, but that is only 25% of the picture (pun intended)! How much of the 75% that drives hormonal, metabolic and circadian signalling are you negatively affecting by wearing them?
