Challenging moments can knock us off our boats in life and make us feel like we are drowning and no matter how much we paddle, it’s difficult to fight the wave.

Using tools such as books or podcasts to help support us during difficult periods is not only helpful, but is also a reminder that someone out there has also been in your shoes and has made it out alive 💪🏼

As someone in my 20s, it has been a roller coaster ride and this podcast explains the phenomenological events that happen with me, my thought patterns and behaviors that are backed up by psychology 🧠

A happy person's agenda
In order to lead a happier, more fulfilled life, it's what you put on your to-do calendar.🥰

Do your daily tasks, activities, and jobs make you happy, do you love, do you feel meaningful, or do you get inspiration and energy?

You should regularly review your diary and ask yourself what I can write in order to make life more fun, to experience more pleasure.
Also think about what to give up, what you do only out of habit or due to environmental pressure, what no longer brings you joy, what is harmful, what changes you want.
Your life is your plan, so you can write whatever you want in it. If you lack happiness, are not satisfied with the current situation, check whether things that increase the feeling of happiness are included in your daily life.
