Møreforsking is the largest non-profit regional institute in Norway with approximately 45 employees. The institute conducts applied research on topics related to marine- and social sciences, transport economy and logistics. MF contributes to sustainable resource management, innovation and value creation through research and knowledge production in collaboration with industrial clusters in the region, public sector, as well as national and international research institutions. The Institute has specialized and highly qualified professionals in interdisciplinary research on marine and aquatic resources covering the full value chain from ocean to consumer. Important research areas include sustainable management of coastal ecosystems and biodiversity, studies on novel marine food resources, aquaculture, seafood processing and quality, life cycle assessment, consumer behavior and markets.

Dr. Céline Rebours worked on production and products development for over the last 25 years both in the industry and academia. She has interest in environmental, economic, and social assessments of aquaculture production systems with minimum negative risks on ecosystems and low carbon footprint. Her main expertise lies in low-trophic level organisms (e.g. algae, echinoderms) and the study of integrated sea and land-based production systems. Vi i GATS mener at under et næringsarrangement for studenter bør det også være fokus på mental coaching og hvordan takle studenttilværelsen. Jon Fredrik Alfsen er statsviter og høyskolekandidat, samt at han etterutdanning i livsfaseorientert personalpolitikk. Han erfaring som universitetslektor ved UiO og jobbet ved Karrieresenteret ved UiO og vil fortelle oss mer om "Karriere og utvikling i disse endringstider". Jon Fredrik har mange års erfaring som konsulent innenfor endringsprosesser, ledelsesutvikling og utvikling av medarbeiderskap. Han er også medforfatter av boken «Endringsnøkkelen» som ble gitt ut i 2021.

We at GATS believe that during a business event for students there should be a focus on mental coaching and how to cope with student life. Jon Fredrik Alfsen is a political scientist and college candidate, and at his postgraduate education in life phase personally. He has experience as an assistant professor at UiO and worked at the Career Centre at UiO. Jon Fredriksen has many many experiences as a consultant in change processes, management development and employee development. He is co-author of the book “The Change Key”, which was published in 2021.

Vi får også besøk av viserektor ved NTNU Ålesund, Annik Magerholm Fet, som vil prate om det viktige temaet bærekraft!

Vi kan også stolt presentere Eivind Vinje fra MMC First Process som en av speakerene! Han er visepresident for "Research & development" i MMC First Process😃
