Not everyone who registers for your webinar is equally ready for the same follow-up.

Someone who watched 90% is showing a very different level of interest than someone who dropped off after 6 minutes. That difference matters. It gives you a clearer sense of intent and helps you respond in a way that actually fits where someone is.

A strong follow-up does not treat every viewer the same. People who stayed until the end may be ready for a direct next step. People who watched part of it may need one missing answer or a shorter recap. People who only caught the beginning may respond better to highlights than a full replay.
