𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒊𝒏 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔: 𝑯𝒆𝒕 𝑫𝒐𝒌 𝒊𝒏 𝑫𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏
Het Dok is being built in the Hanzekwartier district of Dronten: a modern residential development with striking architecture. Each apartment has its own balcony or roof terrace, and the large glass fronts provide plenty of light and space. The project was developed by Mateboer Projectontwikkeling and designed by BDG Architecten. It is being built by Aannemingsbedrijf Kuin and Olde Rikkert Bouw B.V.

Sorba is responsible for the entire cladding, which includes the engineering, assembly and installation for this project, comprising approximately 2,460 m² of Alpolic aluminium composite cladding, type FR in Alugold.
Completion is expected in late 2026 / early 2027.
