The sound is undoubtedly one of the most powerful media, as it can take the human spirit in different states of consciousness.
Besides their traditional use for meditation, Tibetan singing bowls are used for deep relaxation and muscle regeneration, to relieve pain in the joints, muscles and shoulders, to ease pain related to sciatica, the digestive system, headaches and migraine or spine injuries, to improve circulation, release tensions or blockages, to open the energy flow, eliminate the toxins from the body. It’s Winter!!

Why winter make me gloomy?

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that happens every year during a specific season, usually winter. Symptoms can include a lack of energy and feelings of hopelessness. 

Low amounts of sunlight may trigger a reduction in serotonin, which can affect your mood. Sunlight also impacts energy: Light tells your circadian clock to stay awake, and darkness tells your brain it's time to rest.

In other words, long, bright days can energize you. But on short or cloudy days, there's less light to encourage you to stay awake, so you may feel groggier than usual.

To avoid SAD, you can do :
Go outside
Let the Light In
Try light therapy
Do something that can release your stress, such as a massage
