I haven't posted in a long time, because... life. But HNO continues. Right now I am helping out https://www.ecodorpboekel.nl/besluitvorming/. The process is slow but steady.
For now I will only work with them because there is no money to be made from it as of yet. But that will change in future.

Holarchie als besluitvorming – Ecodorp Boekel De meeste ecodorpen gebruiken sociocratie om tot besluitvorming te komen. Sociocratie komt uit Nederland, werd bekend in de zeventiger jaren. Een nieuwe vorm van organisatiestructuur is Holacratie en deze lijkt meer doelgericht te zijn en past waarschijnlijk ook beter bij onze onze manier van werken...

Daarom zijn er geen deadlines in de Holarchie.
Als iets belangrijk is word het gedaan. En voor de rest vertrouwen wij er op dat iedereen zo snel mogelijk al zijn acties afrond.

1. Plannen maakt ons alleen maar drukker
2. Het meeste uit onze tijd halen, haalt het minste uit onze aandacht
3. Tijdsbesef maakt ons minder effectief
4. Het einde van het tijdperk van tijdsmanagement

Waarom je to-do-lijstje je inefficiënt en ongelukkig maakt Tijd plannen was een briljante uitvinding en heeft ons 250 jaar geleden geholpen de maatschappij te transformeren. Nu is het niet meer nodig.
