Over precies een week staan wij bij Synergy for Sustainability van , , Valley en Utrecht Region in Utrecht! In een wereld waar ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) steeds meer centraal staat, richten wij ons op de 'S' - Social, oftewel duurzaamheid op het gebied van je menselijke kapitaal🌍

Neurolytics zal een presentatie geven over hoe wij HR en recruitment op een andere manier aanpakken. Het is belangrijk dat werkgevers streven naar een eerlijk en objectief recruitment proces en geven om de betrokkenheid en het welzijn van medewerkers. Dit leidt tot een diverse, inclusieve en vooral productieve en prettige werksfeer en een gevoel van betrokkenheid onder iedere werknemer.👥

In exactly one week, we will be present at the Synergy for Sustainability event by , , Valley, and Utrecht Region in Utrecht! In a world where ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) is increasingly becoming central, we focus on the 'S' - Social, or Social Sustainability. 🌍

Neurolytics will give a presentation on how we approach HR and recruitment differently. It is important that employers strive for a fair and objective recruitment process and care about the engagement and well-being of employees. This leads to a diverse, inclusive, and above all, productive and pleasant working atmosphere and a sense of involvement among every employee.👥
