Our Maintenance & Reliability Consultant team help our clients manage all of their maintenance programs to achieve optimized and reliability asset performance. Consultants work closely with clients to help site teams achieve corporate, business, and site objectives.

NOTE: This is a Hybrid role - employees are always welcome to use the office when safe to do so. Client/projects may require some travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

1) Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for equipment reliability improvement

2) Work with the client's Maintenance and Operations teams to develop compatible and optimal maintenance strategies

3) Lead team problem solving groups, implementing maintenance standards, Predictive/Preventive Maintenance optimization, failure analysis, vibration analysis and all necessary reporting

4) Develop client KPI reports to pinpoint areas of maintenance process that are not performing satisfactorily

5) Advise on Asset Management Strategies to correct including proactive maintenance strategies, machine modifications, capital investment needs, changing operating procedures, etc.

6) Evaluates and implements appropriate preventative maintenance schedules and predictive maintenance technologies

7) Assist in maintenance technician training

8) Provide Technical Support of Capital and Management of Change projects to ensure optimal life cycle performance

9) Support maintenance technicians in the scope of equipment repair and provide root cause failure troubleshooting

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's in Engineering
Experience in Maintenance & Reliability, Asset Performance, and/or RCM
